Adults and children are recommended to take 1-2 capsules per day, 40 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal with a little water. The product is suitable for people of all ages. Pregnancy and breastfeeding – no contraindications.
After a course of antibiotics: at least 3–4 weeks (1–2 capsules in the morning and evening).
To relieve discomfort during antibiotic use (constipation, diarrhea, bloating, loss of appetite): 1–2 capsules at least 2 hours after taking antibiotics, preferably before bedtime.
