Bio-Magnesium is a complex of three different magnesium salts. Each tablet contains 200 mg of pure magnesium. The tablet matrix contains organically and inorganically bound magnesium, which means that the tablet dissolves in the stomach in less than two minutes, even in cases of low stomach acidity. The magnesium salts are converted into free ions, which allows for very good absorption. Bio-Magnesium tablets are usually swallowed whole, but they can also be chewed or dissolved in a glass of water. Bio-Magnesium does not necessarily have to be taken with food.
